Anderson Lee

Anderson Lee currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at CenTrio, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Anderson held various legal positions at ENGIE North America Inc. from August 2015 to November 2021, including VP & Assistant General Counsel for M&A, Networks & Thermal, and other related titles. Previous experience includes Chief Compliance & Litigation Counsel at Archer - the well company from May 2011 to July 2015, Compliance Counsel at Baker Hughes/BJ Services from April 2007 to May 2011, and an attorney role at Vinson and Elkins from September 2004 to December 2006. Anderson holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School (2004) and dual B.A.s in Economics and Political Science from Rice University (2000).
