Karen B. Woods

Karen B. Woods is currently the General Counsel at First Financial Bank. Prior to this, they were with MainSource Financial Group from January 2016 to April 2018 where they served as EVP, Corporate Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Before MainSource Financial Group, Ms. Woods was a partner at Krieg DeVault LLP from October 2006 to December 2015. At Krieg DeVault LLP, they represented financial institutions and corporate clients with respect to general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. Ms. Woods also assisted clients with public and private offerings of securities, business formation and bank regulatory matters.

Karen B. Woods has a Bachelors in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
