Samuel Morabito

Samuel Morabito is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG) since April 2024, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine from August 2018 to April 2024, where the PhD thesis focused on characterizing neurodegeneration through systems genomics approaches. Prior experience includes functioning as a Research Assistant at UCSD School of Medicine from June 2016 to August 2018 in the Gaulton lab, specializing in bioinformatic models of complex genetic traits using epigenetic data and genome-wide association studies. Samuel Morabito holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Computational Systems Biology from UC Irvine (2018 - 2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering: Bioinformatics from the University of California, San Diego (2013 - 2017).
