Maria Fernandez Boneta

Maria Fernandez Boneta is a senior engineer with extensive experience in energy efficiency and renewable energies, particularly in building integration. Currently, Maria serves as a project manager in the Energy Transition in Cities Department at CENER since April 2012 and has been an expert project reviewer for the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency since May 2018. Maria has coordinated the H2020 ePANACEA project from June 2020 to October 2023. Previous roles include project manager at Miyabi, where Maria focused on energy consulting and energy performance certifications, and positions as a junior project engineer and junior mechanical engineer. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra. Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) since 2012.
