Dulce Contreras

Dulce Contreras currently serves as the Jefe de la Oficina de Gestión de Formación at the Centro Nacional de Tecnología de Información since August 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating educational initiatives with public administration institutions and universities, managing training processes that enhance institutional projects through the use of Free Information Technologies, and overseeing the planning and execution of monthly training activities. Prior to this role, Dulce Contreras worked as a Especialista en Gestión de Formación at the same organization from April 2013, and holds a degree in Administration from Colegio Universitario de Caracas.
