Joseph Varghese

Joseph Varghese has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the automotive industry. Joseph currently serves as the Managing Director and Country Leader for India at CentroMotion. Prior to this, they worked at Enerpac Tool Group as the Managing Director, where they were responsible for business development and growth for the Engineered Components & Systems and Auto component business verticals. Joseph also held the role of Director of Business Development at Enerpac. Before that, Joseph worked at AMW Motors Ltd as the Deputy General Manager of Sales & Marketing. Joseph began their career at Chaphekar Engineering Ltd and Phoenix Aluminium Products Pvt Limited in quality assurance and quality control roles respectively. Joseph's experience also includes a long tenure at Harita Seating Systems Limited as a Senior Manager in Sales & Marketing.

Joseph Varghese holds a PGDM degree in Production and Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Modern Management. Joseph also completed a B Tech degree in Production Engineering from the University of Kerala. In terms of certifications, Joseph has obtained the Independent Director Proficiency Test from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and is also a Certified Corporate Director from the Institute Of Directors, India.
