Zhiru Shi

Zhiru Shi has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Zhiru started their career at Schaeffler in 2006 as a Development Engineer, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they also held the position of Principal Engineer. In 2014, they joined Schaeffler Transmission as a Group Leader and remained in that role until 2021. In 2021, they joined CentroMotion as an Engineering Manager and later became the Interim Director of Engineering in 2023. Zhiru Shi is a PMP® and PSM1® certified professional.

Zhiru Shi has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and also hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University for Science & Technology, Beijing. Additionally, Zhiru Shi has obtained multiple certifications in project management and agile methodologies, including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
