Michael Sokaris

Michael Sokaris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing - North America at Centrotherm Eco Systems, LLC, where they oversee sales and marketing operations. Prior to this role, they served as the North American Sales Manager at the same company.

In addition to their work at Centrotherm Eco Systems, Sokaris has been involved in various industry organizations. Michael is a member of the HARDI Residential Council, where they focus on enhancing relationships with suppliers and customers in the residential sector of the HVAC industry. Michael was also a member of the HARDI Supplier Committee, which addressed the needs and concerns of HARDI's supplier members. Furthermore, Sokaris served on the AIM/R Manufacturers Advisory Board, advocating for manufacturers' representatives in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry.

Before joining Centrotherm Eco Systems and getting involved in industry associations, Sokaris had an extensive career at Schneider Electric. Michael held multiple roles, including National Channel Sales Manager, Regional Channel Sales Manager, Regional Manager for OEM, Director of Customer Service, Chanel Development Manager for the Power Business, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Channel Sales Engineer, and Technical Support Specialist. These roles allowed him to develop expertise in sales, channel management, customer service, and operations.

Prior to their tenure at Schneider Electric, Sokaris began their career at Troy Industrial Solutions as an Inside Sales Engineer, where they focused on product sales, purchasing, inventory control, marketing, and application engineering for electrical distribution, industrial control, and automation products.

Overall, Sokaris has accumulated broad experience across sales, marketing, channel management, customer service, and industry representation throughout their career.

Michael Sokaris completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they attended from 1985 to 1987. Michael later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Administration from Union College, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992.
