Tina W. Jonas is the current director at Centrus Energy Corp. Tina has also held positions at various other companies, including the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), National Military Family Association, Jonas Consulting LLC, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Airbus Group Inc., LaserMax, Inc., The Aerospace Corporation, UnitedHealth Group, and PASSUR Aerospace, Inc.
Tina began their career in 2002 as the assistant director and chief financial officer of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Tina then went on to Sikorsky Aircraft where they served as the senior operations executive and director of operations. In 2008, they joined United Technologies as an assistant director and chief financial officer.
After a two-year stint at UnitedHealth Group, Tina became the president and CEO of Unitedhealthcare, Military and Veterans in 2013. Tina held this position until 2014 when they returned to UnitedHealth Group as the senior vice president of Optum. Tina left UnitedHealth Group in 2016 to join Centrus Energy Corp as the director.
Tina W. Jonas began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University. Tina continued their education at Georgetown University, where they earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. After working in government for several years, they decided to further their education by attending Harvard University, where they earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they earned a degree in Executive Execution.
