Carrie Damon

Carrie Damon serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Centura Health providing strategic leadership for our use of technology across the system. Carrie’s work focuses on driving growth, efficiency and disruption through aligned strategy, team development, technology, digitalization and consumer engagement.

Prior to joining Centura Health in February 2020, Carrie served as Vice President of IT Solution Delivery for Molson Coors Brewing Company in Colorado, where she implemented a new organizational strategy and structure, leading to an improvement in quality by 10% and productivity by 45% in less than two years. She has also held executive leadership positions focused on driving cultural and transformational change, improving customer experience, and leading growth, technology, and digital enablement initiatives at both Western Union and Accenture, a management consulting firm.

Carrie has a bachelor of arts in economics from Colorado College and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Colorado State University. She is certified in Agile Leadership and as a Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance. Carrie and her husband, Tony, live in Denver and have two daughters.
