Hemlata U. is an accomplished professional in the fields of Ayurveda and medical coding, with a diverse background that includes roles in various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Board member and Auditor for NCCBAM, Hemlata also operates a self-established Ayurvedic wellness clinic at Pancham Health. In addition, Hemlata holds the position of Inpatient Medical Coder II at UCHealth and previously served as the Board Treasurer for the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association. Hemlata's extensive experience encompasses inpatient coding at CommonSpirit Health, medical billing at Zmily Health Group, and clinical research support at the University of Colorado. Hemlata's medical career began with leadership roles in intensive care units as a Resident Medical Officer at two different hospitals, supported by an educational foundation in Ayurvedic Medicine and professional coding certifications from AAPC.
