Ashley Higgins

Ashley Higgins has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, holding various leadership positions across multiple organizations. At Centurion Health, Ashley served as Sr. Director of Total Rewards, as well as in roles such as Sr. Manager and Benefits Manager. Prior to this, Ashley worked as Benefits Manager at Axient and as Sr. HR Generalist at Interstate Moving | Relocation | Logistics. Other notable positions include Benefits and Rewards Lead at TwentyEighty and HR/Benefits Specialist at the National Rifle Association. Ashley is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Governors University, building upon a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources earned from the same institution.
