Justine Petty

Justine Petty is a seasoned professional with a robust background in immigration and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR & Immigration at Bain & Company since December 2020, Justine oversees immigration and visa requirements for employees across Middle Eastern offices. Justine is also a partner and UAE Immigration Expert with Centuro Global, providing global market entry strategies to businesses. Previous experience includes roles at SESAM Immigration as an Immigration Consultant, at Scotiabank in customer support, and at the Battlefords Immigration Resource Centre as a Settlement Coordinator, where substantial programs were developed for newcomer integration. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in International Relations from the United States International University - Africa and has a history of engagement in various educational and community initiatives.
