James Marallo (Jay)

James "Jay" Marallo is an experienced Associate Broker and REALTOR with a focus on marketing properties in the Low Country Area, currently working at Century 21 Properties Plus since 2013. Known for assisting sellers in achieving maximum returns on their homes with minimal hassle, James has a diverse background in real estate that includes roles as Managing Broker for Gardner Realtors and various positions at Prudential Gardner and CENTURY 21 Investment Realty. Prior to entering real estate, James held management positions in retail and worked as a Respiratory Technician in healthcare. James attended the Burke Baker School of Real Estate and has also pursued studies at the University of Holy Cross and the University of New Orleans.
