Joe Vance

Joe Vance has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Joe most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Century Construction Group, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Southern Furniture Industries, where they played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Southern Motion, Inc. in June 2018. Before that, Joe worked as the Human Resources Manager at Winchester Ammunition for two years and as the Human Resources Director at Benchcraft for five years. Joe started their career as a Risk Control Manager at SUPERVALU, where they worked for three years.
