Jeffrey Booher

Jeffrey Booher, MBA, currently serves as the Application Support Manager at Century Federal Credit Union, leading a team in the internal support of financial software and overseeing successful enterprise-wide application implementations. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Cuyahoga Community College, where project solutions were managed to support a strategic plan, and Senior Production & Operations Manager at National Strategic Group, overseeing cross-functional teams and significantly improving operational efficiency. Additional roles at PNC encompassed Operations Manager and Lean Management Change Agent, fostering leadership development and risk mitigation strategies. Jeffrey co-founded Shoreway Media, conducting social media campaigns for local businesses and previously served as a Music Appreciation Teacher at Willoughby-Eastlake Schools. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management and a BME in Music Education from Youngstown State University.
