Manish Prasher

Manish Prasher is a seasoned professional in business optimization and process excellence with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including financial services. Currently serving as the Manager of Support Services at Innovation Federal Credit Union since May 2023, Manish focuses on business process management and consulting. Previously, at BT, Manish held various roles, culminating as Global Process Excellence Specialist, where responsibilities included developing efficiency plans through advanced technologies and facilitating Lean and Change assessments. Manish's experience also encompasses leadership roles at organizations such as Markit, Genpact, EY, and NatWest Group, where contributions included operational excellence initiatives and coaching teams in Lean methodologies.
