Shan Wan

Shan Wan has over a decade of work experience in the field of business development and technology licensing. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Technology Transfer Intern at Rutgers University. In 2011, they worked as a Technology Licensing Assistant at Princeton University. Shan then returned to Rutgers University in 2012 and held various positions including Assistant Licensing Manager, Licensing Manager, and Sr. Licensing Manager. In 2019, they joined Century Therapeutics, Inc as a Director of Business Development, and later became the Senior Director of Business Development in March 2022. Shan Wan's roles have involved managing intellectual property portfolios, assessing university technologies, executing licensing transactions, and supervising junior licensing managers.

Shan Wan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers Business School. They also hold a Ph.D in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Additionally, Shan Wan has a Certificate in Science & Technology Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick. They obtained a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Wuhan University.
