Josephine Ngo

Josephine Ngo has held a variety of roles since 2017. Josephine began their career as a Disability Support Services Student Assistant at California State University, Fullerton. Josephine then served as Human Resources Board Member, VP of Human Resources, and VP of Outreach at the Center for Leadership: Leadership Scholars and Society of Excellence in Human Resources, respectively. In 2018, they joined the California Department of Consumer Affairs as an Enforcement Operative and also held the role of Business Development Assistant at the CSUF Center for Leadership. Josephine was a Human Resources Intern at Boeing in 2019, and in 2021 they began their current role as Operations Specialist and Operations Associate at CEO Coaching International.

Josephine Ngo obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, Human Resource from California State University, Fullerton in 2020. Josephine then went on to pursue a Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management from the same university in 2021. Additionally, Josephine has obtained two certifications, an Introduction to Inclusive Talent Acquisition from Perkins School for the Blind in July 2020, and a Women's Leadership Program from CSUF College of Business and Economics in May 2020.
