Rachel Smith has a long and varied work experience. Rachel began their career in 2013 as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Rachel then held the role of Communication Director at President's Scholar Student Association (CSUF) and Student Assistant, Department of Elementary and Bilingual Education at California State University, Fullerton. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Program Manager and Internal Communication Intern at NetApp. From 2015 to 2018, they held various roles at CSUF Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, CSUF Entrepreneur Society, CSUF Sales Leadership Team, NAMI, and National Startup League. In 2018, they joined CEO Coaching International as Chief of Staff, Coach Development Manager, and Project Manager.

Rachel Smith's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton (2013-2018).
