Kate Glasser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Global Operations at AG Growth International since October 2023, Kate is also a member of CEOX and a founding member of Chief, both organizations dedicated to empowering women in leadership positions. Previously, Kate held significant roles such as Corporate VP at Henkel and President of the Rescue Business at IDEX Corporation. With a strong background in business strategy, product development, and mentorship, Kate has made impactful contributions to both for-profit and non-profit sectors, including their past leadership as Board President of Nerdy Girl Success®, Inc. Kate's academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
