Lee Worley

Lee Worley has extensive experience in operations management within the packaging industry, having worked at Cepac Limited since October 2016 in various roles including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Group Improvement Manager, and Interim Operations Manager. Prior to this, Lee held the position of Operations Manager at Cepac Rawcliffe Bridge from September 2018 to October 2020. Lee's career at Cepac LTD began in August 1999, where roles included Group Corrugator Improvement Manager and Corrugator Manager. Lee's earlier experience includes supervisory roles at Hypac in Scunthorpe, starting as Corrugator Team Leader in July 1988 and advancing to Corrugator Supervisor by April 1989 until August 1999.
