Kaiti Pekou

Kaiti Pekou has extensive work experience in the IT and financial services industry. Kaiti is currently serving as the Head of IT PMO at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. Prior to this, they worked at EY from 2016 to 2021, where they held the roles of Manager and Senior Advisor - Advisory. Kaiti also worked at Vodafone from 2011 to 2016, first as a Digital Technical Development and Operations Product Manager and later as a Sr. Digital Product Development Manager. Their responsibilities at Vodafone included managing technical development activities, coordinating marketing and technical teams, and ensuring timely and budgeted project delivery. Previously, they served as an External Consultant at Amperium Ltd from 2010 to 2011, where they worked on a Customer Decisioning Technology Program for retention at Vodafone Greece. In this role, they managed project design, build, and integration, as well as requirements gathering and reporting.
