Amr El-Sobky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management, strategic program development, and quality assurance. Previously, Amr held key roles at ADES - Advanced Energy Systems, including Strategy Programs Manager and Process Improvement Manager, overseeing project coordination and organizational performance monitoring. Amr's background also includes significant positions at Egyptian Drilling Company as Quality Control Manager and various roles at Makro cash & carry Egypt and Trane, focusing on quality systems and process improvement. With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from Helwan University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management from The American University in Cairo, Amr combines technical expertise with strategic acumen to enhance operational efficiency.
