Annamaria Vaszko

Annamaria Vaszko serves as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Cepheid since January 2019, providing financial and business leadership while developing talent within the FP&A team. Previously, Annamaria held the position of VP Finance at Thermo Fisher Scientific during the integration of Affymetrix, and served as VP Finance & Corporate Controller at Affymetrix, overseeing various finance functions and managing a global team. Annamaria's career includes key financial roles at Extreme Networks, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, and IBM, where responsibilities encompassed corporate accounting, financial planning, and analysis, as well as strategic business development. Annamaria is a CPA and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Pécs.
