Bernadette Hendrickx

Bernadette Hendrickx is an experienced professional in the field of vaccinology, currently serving as a consultant at the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) since June 2023. Bernadette is also the Founder and CEO of Science Applied to Human Biology Consulting (SAHB Consulting), established in 2015, which specializes in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Training, and Crisis Management. Previous roles include consultant for the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturers Network (DCVMN) and Senior Medical Advisor at the Università degli Studi di Siena. Bernadette has held multiple senior positions at Sanofi Pasteur, including Chief Medical Officer and VP of Global Head of Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs. Early career experiences include roles at GSK Bio and Smith Kline Beecham Biologicals, as well as Medical Director at Solvay Pharma. Bernadette Hendrickx earned an MD in Medicine from KU Leuven.
