Omar Safi, MBA, PHR has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Omar is currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CEPRES since February 2021. Prior to this, Omar worked at ADP, where they held the positions of Human Resources Specialist from January 2018 to March 2020, and HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist from August 2016 to December 2017. Before joining ADP, Omar worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at The University of Dallas from May 2015 to May 2016. Omar'searliest experience in the field was as a Human Resources Assistant at RAS & Associates from August 2013 to July 2014. With their extensive background in HR, Omar brings a strong skillset and expertise to any organization they join.

Omar Safi, MBA, PHR, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Dallas between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Birzeit University. In addition to their formal education, Omar Safi has also obtained certifications in Design Effective Training and Project Cycle Management, and they hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
