Carole Rentz has a wealth of experience in the legal field, specializing in contract management and negotiation. Carole began their career at Wrigley as an intern in the Legal & Environment department before moving on to positions at Cegid and DAS as a Legal Counsel and Legal Advisor, respectively. Carole then joined New York Habitat as a Commercial Legal Counsel, where they coordinated real estate leases and contracts and provided management consulting and training. Carole continued their legal career at Covea as a Legal Advisor, providing support to construction, infrastructure, and tourism companies. Carole's expertise led their to DISEPROSA, where they worked as an International Legal Counsel, negotiating and drafting various agreements and providing legal and contractual support. Most recently, Carole worked at CEPSA as a Senior Legal Counsel MENA and later as the Legal Regional Lead Algeria, responsible for managing and negotiating various contracts and supporting business development initiatives.

Carole Rentz obtained a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Grenoble Alpes in the year 2004-2005. Carole later pursued another Master I in Business law and environmental law from Université Côte d'Azur between 2001 to 2004. In 2022, they attended MDT International London for a course in Petroleum Project Economics and Risk Management, however, they did not receive a degree.
