Inigo Alfaro Artal

Inigo Alfaro Artal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Inigo started their career in 1999 as a Consultant in Compensation at Willis Towers Watson, where they worked until 2000. Inigo then joined Mondelēz International and held various roles, including Analyst Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner, from 2000 to 2008. In 2008, they joined HP as a Manager of Compensation in Iberia, before moving to Vestas the same year. At Vestas, Inigo held several positions, including Manager Compensation & Rewards, Senior HR Business Partner, and Head of Compensation & Rewards EMEA South, Center & LATAM. Their responsibilities included leading compensation strategies, conducting organizational reviews, and serving as a business partner.
