Juan Carlos Morales

Juan Carlos Morales has a diverse work experience in the digital and telecommunications industry. Juan Carlos currently works at Cepsa as the Head of Digital Strategy & Ventures since October 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Digital PMO at Cepsa from July 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Cepsa, Juan worked at Paradigma Digital as a Digital Transformation Delivery Manager from February 2016 to June 2018. Juan Carlos also had significant experience at KPN, where they held various positions including IT & Network PMO Delivery Manager from 2012 to 2015, MVNO Enterprise Account Manager and Project Manager from 2009 to 2012, and Head of Mobile Network Department from 2007 to 2009. Moreover, Juan started their career at Ericsson, where they worked as a Core Network Technical Coordinator from 2005 to 2007 and as a Core Network Supply & Support Engineer from 2000 to 2005.

Juan Carlos Morales attended Colegio San José Villafranca de los Barros from 1988 to 1992. Afterwards, they studied Electronic Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1992 to 1999, earning a degree in ICAI.
