Cristian Grimas

Cristian Grimas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Cristian began their career as an Electronic Engineering Intern at TERRATEC S.A. in 2003. Cristian then worked as an Electronic Developer at MRCOMANDA S.A. from 2005 to 2007. Cristian continued their career as a Technical Laboratory Engineer at Multiradio S.A. from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Cristian joined Ceragon Networks, where they held various positions. Cristian started as a Project Coordinator from 2008 to 2010, then transitioned to the role of Project Manager from 2010 to 2013. Cristian was promoted to Project Team Leader and held the position from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they became a Senior Operations Project Manager. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the VP Services Delivery SouthCone, responsible for overseeing service delivery strategy and operations in the region. Currently, they hold the position of Director Project Management Office LATAM | RVP SouthCone.

Cristian Grimas obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2009, they completed a degree in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as ProductOwner® and ScrumMaster® from Kinetic. Cristian also has certifications from Google in "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" and "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere."
