Dmitry Grinberg

Dmitry Grinberg is an accomplished software management professional with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the software development process. Currently serving as SW Group Manager at Ceragon Networks since December 2023, Dmitry has successfully led four teams and achieved a 15% reduction in time-to-market for key products. Previously, as Head of the Software Department at Siklu Communication from June 2019 to December 2023, Dmitry managed local and offshore teams using Scrum methodology. Dmitry has also held significant positions at ARM, Sansa Security, Harmonic, Scopus Video Networks, and the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to software engineering and security feature implementation for IoT devices. Dmitry's educational background includes studies at Amal College and The Open University of Israel.
