Marco Sora

Marco Sora has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Marco is currently the VP Sales Telco Operators Europe at Ceragon Networks, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, Marco was the VP Sales Central & East Europe at the same company, starting in July 2018.

Before joining Ceragon Networks, they worked at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA for 11 years in various sales roles. Marco was a Sales Director from March 2015 to July 2018 and from October 2013 to February 2015. From September 2007 to September 2013, they held the position of Sales Manager.

In 2007, Marco briefly worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Sales Manager. Prior to that, they spent 2 years at PT Siemens Indonesia as a Sales Manager, based in Jakarta, where they played a key role in developing a new setup for the business development unit and acquiring contracts with major mobile operators.

Marco's career in telecommunications started in 2001 at Siemens Mobile Communications, where they worked as a Proposal Manager. Marco was involved in the design and proposal of telecommunications systems, including the design of the first national mobile radio network in Libya. Marco also provided technical expertise, evaluated competitors, and delivered presentations to potential clients.
