Karin Decker

Karin Decker is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior HR Manager at CeramTec – The Ceramic Experts since September 2021. Prior to this role, Karin held the position of Head of HR Operations Germany at Elektrobit from August 2018 to August 2021. Karin’s extensive HR experience includes various roles at Continental between October 2011 and July 2018, including HR Manager, HR Assistant, and Executive Assistant. An academic background in the field was established at Leipzig University, where Karin earned a Dr. phil. and an MA from 2001 to 2010.
