Leonie Schmehling

Leonie Schmehling began their career as an intern at DaimlerChrysler in sales in 2001, followed by an internship in HR talent acquisition. Leonie then moved on to Siemens, where they held roles in HR recruiting and strategy and development. At OSRAM, they served in various HR roles, culminating in being the Head of HR Business Unit Digital. Currently, they are the Vice President Global Human Resources at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten.

Leonie Schmehling completed a Diplom in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Hof in 2005. In 2003, they also studied Business Administration at Stellenbosch University for a brief period.
