Danielle Lucas

Danielle Lucas is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and policy management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Payroll Benefits Administrator at Cerdia since September 2019, Danielle oversees payroll for approximately 74 employees, manages the hiring process, and serves as the primary liaison for third-party benefit providers. Previously, Danielle held the role of Human Resources Manager at Hutchinson and a Senior HR Specialist at Arconic, where responsibilities included processing payroll for 800 employees and managing employee recognition programs.
