Senthil Kumar Arumugam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting from 2001, they worked at CMS COMPUTERS Ltd as an Assistant Territory Manager, where they managed banking support operations and achieved significant business growth. Senthil was responsible for managing calls, call center operations, and store operations. Additionally, they oversaw service partners, dealers, and engineers, and handled escalation calls.

Senthil's career then led him to Afroserve.com Ltd, where they worked as a Business Development Manager for the Restore Mobiles Division. During this time, they contributed to the development and expansion of the division in South India.

Next, they worked at Bigfix Gadget Care llp as a GM Operations, where they handled franchisee operations, vendor management, team management, and process monitoring.

Afterwards, Senthil joined Salori E-Commerce Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing operations and meeting customer SLAs.

Currently, Senthil holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited, where they are responsible for managing operations at a senior level.

Senthil Kumar Arumugam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science from M.G.R College, Hosur, Madras University between 1991 and 1997. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Computer Science at Hive Computers from 1997 to 1998. Senthil then completed their Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA) at Madurai Kamaraj University from 1999 to 2001. In 2006, Senthil obtained certification in ITIL from ITIL Managers.
