Joel St. Francis

Joel St. Francis has extensive experience in healthcare technology and project management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CereCore since December 2009. With a focus on EHR implementations, IT support, and managed services for hospitals and health systems, Joel has also held roles such as VP of Client Outsource Services and Director of Application Integration Services at CereCore. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Hospital Corporation of America and various project management roles at Pfizer Inc, where Joel led significant initiatives in supply chain informatics and financial systems. Joel holds a BS in Economics from Worcester State University and advanced certifications including CHCIO, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
