Ryan Vi has extensive experience in the food safety, quality, and research and development sectors. Currently serving as the R&D Manager at Cérélia North America since December 2021, Ryan leads a team focused on product and ingredient innovation and oversees the commercialization process. Previously, Ryan held roles as Project Manager and Quality Manager within the same company, developing manufacturing protocols and food safety programs. Prior experience includes working as the Quality & Process Improvement Manager at Huhtamaki, where leadership was provided to a large team in a food packaging facility, and as the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Manager at Cargill, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Food Safety Regulation from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech.
