Dennis Close

Dennis Close has extensive experience in treasury and financial management. Dennis began their career at Simplex Time Recorder Co in 1980, where they served as the Director of Corporate Credit for over 20 years. Dennis then joined Manufacturers Services Limited as the Director of Financial Services & Risk Management from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they held the position of Treasurer at General Electric Water & Process Technologies until 2008. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Nuance Communications as the Director of Treasury. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Treasurer at Cerence Inc.

Dennis Close obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Boston State College, which has since merged with UMASS Boston, by the year 1980.
