Kurt Lee possesses extensive experience in training, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as Head of Training and People Operations and Facilities and Guest Experience Manager at Sewell Family of Companies, Inc., since 2021, Kurt has led significant transformations in training and culture for a team of 75 employees across three locations. Prior to this, Kurt was a Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Supervisor at Asset Living, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance performance. From 2013 to 2020, Kurt managed an area team of approximately 90 employees at American Campus Communities, overseeing operations for over 300 apartment units. Kurt's early career included the role of Area Director at the University of Mississippi from 2010 to 2013. Academically, Kurt holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services, a degree in Finance and Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration, all from The University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Mississippi.
