David McIntyre

David McIntyre is the current President at Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. and the previous owner of McIntyre Environmental LLC. In their previous role as Project Manager at the Bureau of Land Management, David was responsible for the Planning and Environmental Coordinator for the BLM Tucson Field Office. David's primary focus was on the preparation of the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA) RMP and Environmental Impact Statement (RMP/EIS). David oversaw relations with five cooperating agencies as well as an extensive public involvement process.

Issues related to preparation of the SPRNCA RMP/EIS included: hydrology, recreation, and grazing. David was also responsible for supporting the District Planning and Environmental Coordinator with implementing the goals of the NEPA program and getting Determinations of NEPA Adequacy, Categorical Exclusions, and EAs.

David McIntyre has a MA in Geography from San Diego State University, an MS in Environmental Management from National University, and a Bachelor's Degree in David'story from the United States Naval Academy. David is also certified by the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals as a Certified Environmental Professional.
