Dave McCaffrey

Dave McCaffrey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dave is currently serving as the Head of Finance (CFO) at Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. Prior to this, they held roles at Helios Technologies, Inc. as the VP of M&A and Business Development, and later as the VP of Business Development (M&A) and Treasury. Dave also worked at ConnectWise as the VP of Treasurer, where they led the transformation of the Finance Team. Before that, they worked at FTI Consulting as the Director of Corporate Finance & Restructuring, providing guidance and support to companies facing financial challenges. Dave also held positions at Press Ganey Associates, Inc. as the Corporate Treasurer and Director of Business Services. Early in their career, they served as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of Notre Dame and as a Fast-Attack Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy.

Dave McCaffrey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance/Investments from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Dave also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Dave attended Delbarton School.
