Maria Grazia Santoro has a strong background in engineering, with experience in various roles and industries. Maria Grazia currently serves as the Head of Digital Engineering Projects at Ceres since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rolls-Royce from 2013 to 2021, holding positions such as Stress Team Leader Externals - Installations SCU and Principal Structural Design Engineer. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the University of Reggio Calabria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.

Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.

Finally, from 2008 to 2012, they continued their studies at the University of Reggio Calabria and successfully completed a PhD in Structural Engineering.
