Michael Truebody

Michael Truebody is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and development across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ceres since January 2021, Michael leads the design and development of low-TRL sub-systems, utilizing risk assessment and management tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Prior experience includes roles at ALTEN LTD - UK, MONN Carpets (Pty) Ltd., and as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, focusing on new product introduction projects and the design of mechanical components and systems. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and has gained additional insights through various short-term engineering roles during academic studies.
