Richard Mochrie

Richard Mochrie is a Senior Systems Engineer at Ceres, with extensive experience in thermal and fluid systems engineering gained during a nine-year tenure at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities included designing thermal management systems for demonstrator engines and optimising concepts using Matlab and Simscape. Richard also participated in the Rolls-Royce Graduate Scheme, focusing on manufacturing processes by developing a calibration rig for torque tightening tools. Earlier experience includes an industrial placement at Vauxhall Motors Ltd, where Richard worked on redesigning body panels for the X83 van to achieve weight reduction. Richard holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
