Caroline Gorski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Cerestrial LLP, a company dedicated to equitable and sustainable growth, Caroline also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Capital Enterprise, focusing on support for under-represented business founders in the UK. Previous roles include CEO of the R² Factory and Group Director of R² Data Labs at Rolls-Royce, and Co-Founder and Chair of Emergent Alliance.
