Ona Whelove

Ona Whelove has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career at Acelity in 2011 as a Product Development Engineer. They later joined Stryker in 2013 and held various roles including R&D Technical Lead/Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Global Product Manager. As a Senior Global Product Manager, Ona was responsible for upstream product management in the flow diversion space and contributed to downstream product management and knowledge transfer. They also managed new product development projects/programs as a Program Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Clinical Operations at CereVasc, starting in 2023.

Ona Whelove holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Ona obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in December 2015.
