Oscar Martinez-Fain has extensive experience in operations and diversity management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Genentech in the Chief Diversity Office since March 2019, with previous roles including Operations Manager and Program Manager within the same office. Prior to Genentech, Oscar worked as Assistant Director at Golden Gate University's Graduate Advising Center and held various positions in finance and auditing at companies such as Burger King Corporation, PwC, Gómez y Sánchez - Aldana, S.C., and Deloitte. Academically, Oscar holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a degree in Public Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.
