Shoshanna Clark

Shoshanna Clark has a strong background in compliance and human resources. Shoshanna is currently the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Cerevel Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of USBU Ethics & Compliance Operations at Takeda until December 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Shoshanna worked at Sanofi, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Compliance Officer for Rare Disease and Head of North America Compliance Operations.
